New-York Sunset in Full Colors
Following the previous post, here are some pics taken at the usual dock with a nice view on Manhattan. I was impressed by the diversity of the color tones of the sky as the sun goes down. There is always a choice to be made regaridng the choice of a white balance. I am not sure there any ideal setting when electric light competes with sun light.
Like it ? If not, I'll try again and again. I can't find any better place to snap this kind of pictures. If you re aware of a good spot, please let me know. Last, here is a couple of B&W photos. The first is a view of the neighborhood of the docks, where the pics are snapped, and the second show the same old landscape.

Yes,
Those are much more convincing than the previous ones.
Comparison with the former
http://gillescharvin.blogspot.com/2006/11/we-brooklyn.html,
already impressive at that time,
makes it crystal clear the outstanding progress you made taking pictures from this NYC spot. You are entering the mood of the place right now.
